Privacy Policy

How Social Gallery collects, uses and protects personal data.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, company or creator details you enter.
  • Profile content: photos, videos, packages and statistics creators choose to publish.
  • Booking data: briefs, quotes, messages and files exchanged in booking workspaces.
  • Technical data: sign-in sessions and basic security logs.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. To improve the site we count a few actions anonymously (for example searches, profile clicks and sign-ups started) — no name, account, IP address or device identifier is stored with these counts, and browsers set to “Do Not Track” are not counted. Your browser stores your sign-in session and, for visitors, the creators you save.

How we use it

To run your account, show public creator profiles, deliver bookings and messages, keep the marketplace safe, and meet legal obligations.

Who can see it

Public creator profiles are visible to everyone. Private details (legal name, phone, email, licence numbers) are visible only to you and our administrators. Booking messages and files are visible only to the booking participants and administrators handling disputes or reports.

Marketing

We only send marketing messages if you opt in. You can change this at any time in Settings.

Your choices

You can download a copy of your data and request account deletion from Settings. We will action deletion requests unless we must keep certain records by law (for example financial records).

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes.
