1. Who we are
Social Gallery is an online marketplace that lets businesses discover creators in the United Arab Emirates and manage paid collaborations with them. Company registration details are listed on the Contact page.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Each account is either a Business account or a Creator account.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. The marketplace
Social Gallery is not a party to agreements between businesses and creators unless stated otherwise. We do not guarantee the results of any campaign. Verified badges mean our team has reviewed specific details; they are not a government licence or endorsement.
4. Bookings
Booking requests, quotes, acceptance, delivery and approval happen inside the booking workspace. Each booking follows the statuses shown in the app. See the Business Terms and Creator Terms for each side's obligations.
5. Fees and payments
Platform fees, if any, are shown before a booking is confirmed. Fees only apply to bookings paid through the app. While in-app payments are switched off, parties settle directly and no platform fee is charged.
6. Content and conduct
You must follow our Community Guidelines and applicable UAE laws, including rules on advertising disclosure and media content.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put other members at risk, or where required by law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Social Gallery is not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
9. Changes
We will notify members of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
